Did my order go through?

We keep a sharp eye on your order to ensure the restaurant has received it. We will always notify you immediately if anything goes wrong.

When will the restaurant confirm my order?

A restaurant usually confirms your order within minutes after you have placed the order. If the restaurant did not confirm the order, lazymeal will followup on it to ensure it goes through and to determine the estimated time for it to be ready.

Who will deliver my order?

In most cases, one of the restaurant's delivery drivers will deliver your order. Keep in mind, some restaurants don't have their own drivers and use a third-party delivery service, which is often faster!

When will I receive my order?

Typically in less than one hour. Everything will happen as quickly as possible, yet if the restaurant indicate that it will take more than an hour we will give you a call.

Will my order be delivery exactly when its scheduled?

The restaurant will do its best to deliver at your requested time. Please allow a window of 15 minutes before and after your requested time.

When should I pickup my ASAP order?

On average 20 minutes. Everything will happen as quickly as possible, yet if the restaurant indicate that it will take more than 30 minutes we will give you a call.

Will my order be ready for pickup at its scheduled time?

The restaurant will do its best to prepare your food for your requested time. Please allow a window of 5 minutes before and after your requested time.

My ordered was cancelled, what do I do?

Having your order cancelled is a drag. Upon a restaurant cancelling an order lazymeal immediately will follow up with the restaurant and to see what is up. We then give you a call.

My ordered was cancelled, will I get a refund?

Yes, refunds are initiated immediated. The time it takes for a refund to complete depends on both your payment method and bank. Typically a full refund is completed within 3 days.

How does the Promo Code work?

Enter your promo code at the time of checkout for an immediate discount.

What does missing order mean?

We received your order yet were not able to process it. Please call us immediately at (604)900-1750.

It is past my estimated delivery time. Why is my order late?

The restaurant estimates your delivery time based on the number of drivers they have and the delivery zones they have defined. Keep in mind, there could be delays due to heavy traffic, bad weather, or high order volume.

My order was scheduled for delivery. Why is it late?

The restaurant does its best to meet your requested delivery time. Sometimes they are behind due to traffic or unexpected order volume.

Do I need to bring anything when picking up my order?

Yes, bring ID or a print out of the order invoice.

I just received my order, and there are items missing. What should I do?
